SUMMARY
The party has been captured by Lizardmen but they manage to escape and flee to an abandoned temple where the creatures won’t follow them. Exploring the temple they find it seems to be a place where Lizardfolk once sacrificed their enemies to the plants of the jungle.
MAJOR EVENTS
Party encounter an injured Lizardman warrior called RUNNING WATER, the mage VALRIE is able to speak to him and convinces the Lizardman to accompany them.
RUNNING WATER tells them that this place is sacred to the jungle gods and then it is forbidden to enter, he was injured by a rival tribe the BLACKSCALES and fled here.
They heal him and he says he will accompany them until this debt is paid.
RIPPING finds a pool with metal glinting at the bottom of it, GNURL jumps in an is attacked by piranhas, he manages to haul himself out of the pool but fall unconscious due to his injuries. RUNNING WATER picks him up and carries him.
Continuing to explore VALRIE is slain by a giant carnivorous plant.
The group find an underground river and an old smugglers boat, they flee the cavern along the river and make their way back to FORT REDROCK.
As they get out RUNNING WATER leaves them, saying that he has repaid his debt by dragging GNURL out.
POST ADVENTURE
DAVEDOFF was locked in stocks for 1 day and fined 20% of his money for setting a building on fire.
GNURL gained an NPC contact (BRUZKRUD a half-orc priest) after beating him in a darts-with-knives contest using his skill.
RIPPIN survived blind-folded knife-throwing contest unschathed.
