Session 1 Report - Sinking Pirate Ship

SUMMARY

The party head to a pirate ship that has crashed on the coast to the south of Fort Redrock, the vessel is sinking quickly and they plan to raid it.

GNURL swims out to ship with rope to enables his allies to make their way across.
Explore vessel finding dead pirates.
Encounter Pirate Captain Magnus Greaves who fires pistols at them, they incapacitate him and eventually they agree to ally and get him off the ship (since his crew has abandoned him) if he helps them retrieve the treasure. He tells them there is some sort of sea creature below deck.
Encounter THE FROSTFIRE BROTHERHOOD a group all wearing cursed gold armour they are incapable of removing, the party slay CEDRIC, GOLDI is less than pleased although LEONA manages to broker a shaky peace.
A giant octopus bursts from below deck.
DAVEDOFF and GNURL fire the ships cannon at the giant octopus slaying it.
They then retreat from the galleon as it sinks below the waves.
Dragon scales discovered for a map to an area to the west known as THE DRAGONS GRAVEYARD.

DAVEDOFF survives a blind knife throwing demonstration.
GNURL makes friends with PIRATE CAPTAIN MAGNUS GREAVES and gains him as an ally.
GRAMAELDA makes an enemy of a rival cleric when she beats them in a drinking competition.
RIPPIN performs a prank on a corrupt merchant, gaining him an ally in the FORT REDROCK WATCH called LANKY FRANK.
